Dry Needling

Getting straight to the point with this very effective technique

Anchor 1

Medical Acupuncture
Often referred to as western acupuncture, or Myofascial Dry-Needling, Medical Acupuncture adopts a more scientific approach and is lead by evidence.  It
is based on the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body.

Why needling can help you
Inserting a needle is usually the quickest way to get a hypertonic (really tight) muscle to relax. It’s like switching a light off. Often this can save valuable time and it’s usually far more comfortable than many other techniques.

Don't worry though! I would never use a technique unless you was comfortable with it. Many people don’t like needles, so I don’t use them in these situations. My treatments are about getting the best results, but at the same time I want you to enjoy the experience as much as possible!
